Currently looking for an experienced

Internet Sales Consultant Trainee

Our ideal fit will have customer service experience, a positive attitude, and ready to learn! This is a paid training program - $2,600 per month PLUS commissions - While you learn our CRM, lead management, value building communication, steps to the sale, and product knowledge.

Typical Training program runts approx 3 months - with accelerated completion available. No cold calling - customers contact us directly- most communication via text and email.

Job Responsibilities:

During Training:

-Handle inbound lead sources - answer in timely manner

-Schedule customer appointments with experienced Internet Sales Consultants

-Learn CRM, sales processes, product knoweledge, and customer satisfaction.

After Training is concluded:

-All the above PLUS

· Understand and implement dealership sales process

· Handle everyday leads of online shoppers and guide accordingly

· Present and demonstrate inventory

· Meet and exceed client expectations through the process of purchasing

· Review, update and manage a high volume of leads

·· Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards

· Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification

No Sales Experience required- Customer service history, retail experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,739.00 - $106,241.00 per year
